EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2024-All shops are due in by 9am the next day. If they are not submitted the shop will be pulled. This comment overrides anything that is in the guidelines.

The order requirements for August are:

You must order two of the following: Baked Pretzel, Black Bean Dip and Chips, Cheesesteak Twice Baked Potato, Chipotle Chicken, Cobb Salad, Roasted Garlic Hummus and Chips, Smash Burger Sliders, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake.

If assigned - please review guidelines carefully!! ALL shops are due in by 9am the following day.

Reason for visit: evaluate the cleanliness, service times, order accuracy, and food quality provided by the bar service in the assigned location.

1. Note the condition of the exterior. IF landscaping is in bad condition, please take a

picture and upload it to your report

2. Enter the restaurant as a regular diner.

3. Go to the host stand. Let the host know you would like to sit at the bar.

4. Sit at the bar. If no bar seats are available, sit at a high top table in the bar area.

5. You will need to take photos of your food and beverage (before eating/drinking), and

itemized receipt These photos are required for this shop.

6. Once seated, let the server make suggestions.

a. Ask at least one question about the food items that you are interested in ordering.

b. Order requirement: (you must follow these guidelines for your shop to be

accepted).

● Any food item – No modifications to order unless due to food

allergy.

● A SIGNATURE cocktail or DRAFT beer. (Bottled beer is NOT

acceptable) Limit 1 alcoholic beverage per person.

c. Note whether the bartender upsells or asks if you would like additional items.

d. Be sure to time how long it takes to receive your food items.

e. Take photos of your food and beverage before touching, to capture presentation

f. You must order and eat your food at the bar.

g. Check temperatures of your beverage and food purchases, along with freshness,

and presentation.

1. Stay in the location at least 30 minutes after receiving your food. Pay attention to if

you are checked on by anyone after receiving your food.

2. If you are not automatically given an itemized receipt, ask for one at the end of your

transaction. You will not be paid for the shop unless the itemized receipt is uploaded to

the report.

3. Required: Visit the restroom and evaluate its cleanliness.

4. Keep your receipt to upload to your report.
